A cropped jacket with a stand collar that holds its shape and a full-length zip that closes clean to the throat. Cut short enough to keep a high waist visible and relaxed enough to layer without bulk. Features hidden vent section on the backside.

In white it lifts the olive beneath it; in olive it goes tonal head to toe. The GLADIX logo sits tonal at the left chest and is the only mark on the garment.

Worn over the Scallop Crop Top with the pleated wide-leg pant, it completes the Olive Shift look — and works just as hard over a dress.
